Delivery and collection
What are the dimensions of the packages?
Our packages are +/- 20 cm longer than the longest frame length. The vast majority of frames are packaged in 15 x 15 cm (WxH) boxes. Small batches of the Eco 15 and Simple 19 profiles are packaged in 10 x 10 cm (WxH) boxes. The Lightbox Double 160 and 200 profiles are packaged in boxes of 21 x 10 cm (WxH).
How is my order packaged?
We have different packaging possibilities. Below we describe five options. Do you have a specific packaging requirement? Please contact our back office to discuss the possibilities.
1. Standard
This is the most common packaging method. After sawing, frames are bundled and provided with a sticker indicating the type of frame, frame size, order number and reference. The frames are bundled together as much as possible. The stickers on everything make it easy to identify the different frames. Accessories that fit in the box are packaged with the frame. Accessories that do not fit in the box are sent in a separate box.
LED frames with a Dibond backplate are shipped in a box if the size is under 1000 x 2000 mm. Larger-sized LED frames are shipped on a pallet.
2. Bulk
Bulk is often a good option for orders with a significant quantity of same-sized frames. This option is cost-effective and sustainable for orders sent directly onsite or requiring further handling. After sawing, the frames are placed directly onto a pallet and sealed. This eliminates the need for packaging and the use of cardboard. Accessories are included in boxes and delivered at the same time.
3. Packaged per piece
As the title suggests, each frame is individually packaged in a box. This is the appropriate solution for when you need to send frames to different locations and no further handling is required. The frames are then packaged individually as compactly as possible. The number of boxes needed may vary per frame. A large frame or LED frame may consist of several boxes.
4. Packaged per piece in bulk
With this option, all frame pieces are individually bundled in plastic film and provided with a sticker. The frames can then be stacked in bulk on a pallet or packaged in boxes as efficiently as possible, depending on the size and purpose of the frames. This option is often used for orders with different sizes so they can be easily sorted onsite.
5. Fulfilment
Would you like to send the print directly to your customer along with the frame? Then you can use this option. You send the textile fabrics to us, and we will package them together with the frames and ship them on your behalf. Please contact our back office for further details.
What is the maximum size you are able to ship?
Frames of more than 4000 mm are split as a standard. We stock all profiles with lengths of 5950 mm or 6150 mm. Do you need a frame longer than 4000 mm without it being split into two parts? Or a frame that needs to be split into more parts? Then please contact our back office to discuss the possibilities.

General
What is the advantage of a textile frame?
The main advantage of a textile frame is the changeable fabric. You only have to install a frame once, and you can constantly change the fabric for a new promotion, different time of year or interior. A frame can also be transported (flat) easily and is made of aluminium. Aluminium is recyclable and can be repurposed after use.
My LED frame is not working; what should I do?
If a LED frame is not working, it's usually because a plug is not connected properly. Therefore, check the entire frame and make sure everything is connected properly. If the problem persists, please contact our back office for support.
Do you also have samples?
We can provide a sample case. Customised samples are also possible. Please contact us for more information.
Do you accept returns?
As all frames are made to measure, we cannot accept returns. However, we can refund part of the amount if they are returned. Because the material can be recycled. Accessories in their original packaging, undamaged and unused, may also be returned.
Do you recycle?
All our frames are made of aluminium. This material is easy to recycle. That is why we never throw away aluminium. The aluminium is sorted by colour and given a new life as another product. Aluminium can be returned to us, but it is more environmentally friendly to take it to your local scrap yard.
Do you have a showroom?
We have a showroom where we demonstrate the many possibilities with our frames. We can also provide training here so that you can advise your customers even better. Does this also interest you and your team? Ask our account manager about the possibilities.
When can I expect my quotation?
We aim to provide a quotation within 24 hours, depending on the complexity of the quotation. For straightforward calculations, please use our online calculator.
Product and technical specifications
Why is it impossible to curve some profiles?
A mould has to be made for each profile and type of curve. This is why we have chosen to keep a mould for the most common curves. We will notify you through our mailing when a new mould is available.
What is the fabric size of a curved frame?
Circle
For a circle, the outer size of the fabric is the diameter. Are you not making the fabric yourself? Then ask your printer for more information.
Cylinder, curved and other shapes
We produce technical drawings for cylinder, curved and other shapes. We will send this to you for approval. It also specifies the fabric dimensions.
What is the delivery time for a curved frame?
We first produce a technical drawing for curved frames, and the production time will be determined after approval of this drawing. You can expect the drawing within 2-3 working days. The production time is about 1-2 weeks after approval of the drawing, depending on the size of the order and the type of curve.
What type of fabric should I use?
There are many different types of fabrics with silicone tendon available. To keep it simple, we highlight three types that are most commonly used. We recommend consulting your print specialist for tailored advice.
Decostof
This fabric is most commonly used for unlit frames, both single and double-sided. Decostof has a matt look and a finely woven structure.
Lightbox
Lightbox fabric should be used for a LED frame. Samba is a commonly used fabric. This fabric is wrinkle-free and resistant to dirt due to a special weaving method.
Blackback
We recommend Blackback if the frame is to be placed in a shop window. This fabric has a black reverse side that does not let light through. This way, the internal frame parts cannot be seen in frames where sunlight can shine through, and the focus remains on the message. This is also used to seal the back of a LED frame to prevent light leakage.
Do you also supply textile fabrics?
We do not supply textile fabrics. Are you looking for a supplier of textile fabrics? Then please contact us and we will put you intouch with a print specialist.
Do you also supply tendons?
We supply a plug-in strip and round tendon on rolls. The plug-in strip is 150 metres long and the round tendon 100 metres.
What type of tendon should I use?
If you want to attach a tendon to the fabric yourself, a 14 x 3 mm tendon size is the most suitable for our frames. For the Cord 43, an 8 mm round tendon is the most suitable.
What is the minimum size?
We apply a minimum sawing length of 250 mm; this is necessary to be able to saw the profile properly and safely.
Which colours do you stock as standard?
Most of our profiles in stock are available in silver (anodised), black (RAL9005), and white (RAL9016). The profiles have a silk-gloss appearance. Do you prefer a different colour? We can powder-coat frames in any RAL colour you want.
What is side lighting?
Side lighting is a technique for illuminating a frame from the side. We call this technique edge-lit. Powerful LED modules ensure that light is projected from the sides. This technique can bridge up to 3000 mm, depending on the type of frame.
What is back-lit lighting?
Back-lit lighting is a technique where the LED shines from the back to the front. This technique is often used to illuminate a print (full colour, white or plain) perfectly evenly. This technique can be implemented in 3000K, 4000K or 6500K. In addition, normal dimming and dimming via DALI are possible. In short: a very versatile LED technology.
When do I need a dimmer in a LED frame?
We recommend using a dimmer in places where people are present for long periods. The lighting in frames is made to stand out and therefore shine brightly. This can become too bright in offices, waiting rooms and other locations where people are present for long periods, especially during winter.
What is DALI?
DALI is a system that controls lighting digitally. It allows you to set up the lighting yourself by, for example, connecting light sensors to this system so that the light changes according to the daylight. We can fit our back-lit frames with a DALI dimmer, allowing you to easily connect the frame to the existing DALI system.
What are lumens, kelvin and watts?
Lumens
Lumens are the amount of light emitted per wattage. To simplify, lumens represent the brightness of a LED frame's light. For comparison, our Bright Led emits 7250 lumens per square metre, and the Super Bright Led emits 11000 lumens per square metre in the Lightbox 60. A standard LED bulb (for home use) of 2-4 watts emits 200-300 lumens.
Kelvin
Kelvin is the colour of the LED. We supply 6500K, 4000K and 3000K for back-lit frames. 6500K is bright white (daylight) and is the most sold. 4000K is yellowish white, and 3000K is warm white. We only supply 6500K for Edge-lit frames.
Watts
Watts indicate the power of a LED frame. We always indicate the wattage of a LED frame on the quotation/order.
When do you supply stabilizers, and how many do I need?
Frames that are self-supporting when suspended or used freestanding are fitted with stabilizers. The stabilizer ensures that the frame remains stable and does not sag. Most frames will have a stabilizer if one of the two sizes exceeds 2200 mm. Only the Slim 25 is fitted with a stabilizer from 1800 mm.
How do I determine the position of the power cord?
It is important to know where your customer's power outlet is to determine the location of the power cord. The cord can come out through the frame (most commonly chosen) but can also be left internal. If the power outlet is in or behind the frame, you can leave the cord internally or let it come out through the Dibond.
Will my frame be split into parts?
All frames larger than 4000 mm are delivered in two parts for transport reasons. Frames can be split according to your wishes, with the longest length being 5900 mm. If the frames have to be send with UPS, the maximum profile length is 2500 mm. However, we advise to split at max. 2200 mm so save on fright costs.
Smaller parts are also possible, but more parts usually result in an unstable frame. Would you like to have it split into smaller parts? Then please contact our back office.
Do you also supply textile fabrics?
We do not supply textile fabrics. Are you looking for a supplier of textile fabrics? Then please contact us and we will put you intouch with a print specialist.
What is my fabric size?
For almost all frames, the frame size is the fabric size and vice versa. Different sizes apply to the Carre 80, Carre 160, Cube 65 and curved frames. Please check the product-specific page for fabric corrections.
