Lauren Rousseau
Hello my name is Lauren and I am the Estimating/Project Manager here at EFKA Frame Solutions and have been here for 5 months. My main job role is taking customer enquiries via the phone or email, raising quotations, project managing from point or order, liaising with production team, accounts, and suppliers. Outside of work I like to spend time, eating out with family and friends, I love to travel and go on holiday. I like to stay fit and go to the gym and enjoy walking. I am a huge animal lover currently an owner of a cat, dog, and rabbit.
Ashley Evans
My name is Ashley Evans and I am Operations Manager. I have worked at EFKA Frame Solutions for 7 Years whilst working in similar operational jobs for over 18 years. My main responsibilities are to ensure the business operates as seamlessly as possible, enabling high volumes of orders are produced with quality and efficiency. The best part about working at EFKA is the people and in particular the team I work with. Outside of work I am a keen boxer I won best newcomer in my first year at boxing club despite quite a few black eyes! I also enjoy spending time with my family and dogs Cassie and Trigger and relax with a Weston’s cider.
Paul Tomlinson
I am the Sales Director. I’ve been with EFKA Frame Solutions since they acquired my business (DPI UK Ltd) back in October 2023. DPI was started in March 2012. As Sales Director, I spend most of my time with clients, discussing our product range. I travel nationally, training clients on our vast range of profiles as well as helping and training our internal staff. I liaise with our marketing company on how best to promote the business. The best part about working here is the client-facing side of the job, as I believe in the personal touch, presenting and explaining the possibilities to clients old and new. We have a great team and lots of support, and every day is still a school day. Personally, I spend time with my family. My 18-year-old son plays pro football with Northampton F.C., so I travel to watch him play and show my support. I play drums and spend a lot of time at the gym to keep the ‘wolf from the door’. I live in Nottingham with my partner, and we have two red fox labs. I’ve been a lifelong fan of Iron Maiden and have travelled across the globe to watch them in concert.
Samantha Shaw
Hi I am Sam Shaw, Production Manager here at EFKA UK, I have been here for 2 and half years. I work in production, where my level 3 in team leading comes in useful in motivating the team to ensure all the orders are produced and followed to the high level QC standards. Day to day I schedule orders and allocate stock, ensuring all orders meet the deadline and out for delivery on time. I’m passionate about making my team grow to be the best they can possibly be. EFKA UK is a great work environment I enjoy working here because I feel valued as an employee and I have the opportunity to grow and progress in my career. Outside of work my family is my main focus ensuring my son is brought up the correct way and to give him a good future and opportunities in life. I also enjoy spending time with my partner and step-son and our loving American bulldog. In my own time I love going to gym to lift weights.
Beth Wheatley
Hi, I’m Beth, your finance contact at EFKA UK. I have a history working within finance for over 10 years of which I have worked for EFKA for 6 months and really enjoy working with the team here. My day to day varies so much which makes for some interesting enjoyable days. I am responsible for everything finance related, from sales invoicing to credit accounts and managing the cash flow. Outside of work, I enjoy playing on the Xbox with my 11 year old son and I can often be found watching a good film or going to the cinema with friends. I love animals including my 4 cats, yes 4! I am a big believer in self-care, which for me includes journalling, something I love to do when I can find the time.
