Blockout fabric for even light distribution

Ensure you have a white background for wall-mounted and freestanding use. You can also achieve this by fitting blockout fabric into the groove on the inside or the back of the frame. When wall-mounted, it is also sufficient to have a white background for good light reflection. With this type of mounting, light can escape between the wall and the profile; this will have to be corrected on-site. If a blockout fabric is mounted in the groove on the inside of the frame, you have to consider a 35 mm correction per side.

Edge-lit (illuminated from the side)

This type of lightbox illuminates textile prints from the side with powerLED, which ensures good light distribution. It is a single-sided illuminated profile that is suitable for wall mounting, freestanding use and suspended options. This LED technology provides a beautiful result up to 2.2 metres high or wide. It is easy to install and can be transported compactly. There is a slight chance of 'shadow spots' in prints with many white or solid-coloured sections. To prevent this, you can opt for a profile with the LED on Stabilizers technology. This technique provides beautiful illumination in all cases.

White fabric or large solid-coloured prints

When using white fabric or fabric with large solid-coloured prints, we recommend choosing the Lightbox 120 with the LED on Stabilizers technology. To prevent the onset of the LEDs from being visible, you must opt for the Super Bright LED intensity combined with dimming. 

Combine open and closed

The outer groove of a Lightbox 90 open makes it easy to attach accessories. The Lightbox 90 is also available with a sleek finish, the Lightbox 90 closed. Open and closed can be combined. The Lightbox 90 comes standard in silver, white and black. Do you prefer a different colour?
